FSOBX LASER

WHAT Laser Tattoo Removal?

Laser tattoo removal selectively targets tattoo ink with light energy in the form of a laser. The beam breaks down large particles of ink into smaller ink particles, that can be more easily cleared away by the body’s lymphatic system.

Pain varies from client to client.

When you get a tattoo, ink is injected into the dermis. In the days following, you may notice the tattoo naturally fading as a result of ink escaping through the surface of the skin, or being cleared away by the body’s natural response to a foreign substance. The final tattoo is made up of ink pigment which is too deep to have escaped through the surface of the skin., and too large to have been removed from the body. The effectiveness of tattoo removal varies for each client and every patient heals differently. It is a multi-treatment process which isn’t considered complete after the initial treatment; it will require a number of treatments to achieve the desired result. It is recommended to visit every 6 weeks for the treatment until satisfied. Typically most clients need between 1-3 or 4-8 sessions for brow tattoo removal, which differs from person to person depending on the ink in the skin, skin type, lifestyle, how deep it is in the skin and how long it has been done for.

All of the above includes pre-procedure advice, a patch test, a full consultation, the procedure and thorough aftercare advice. Please leave your brows to grow as much as possible before your appointment. I recommend this because I can see where your natural brows will grow, and we can get you closer to your natural end result.

RESULTS

With such an invasive procedure, you may or may not experience side effects. These include; redness, blood spots, swelling, bleeding, blistering, itchiness, and body/urine odor. During the healing stage, you can expect to see the pigment become darker or lighter. It may become darker before it gets lighter, but generally, you will see a reduction in the shade of the ink. Different colours may also appear on the skin during the healing stage. Some parts of the tattoo will fade more than others. This completely normal and to be expected.
